AOPA Aerobatic Flying Certificate Course

What does the AOPA Aerobatic Flight Certificate Course involve?
The course will include a minimum of 8 hours dual instruction, and at least 25 hours of ground school. Flights will last 30 min to 45 min (Most people will find the Roll rate of 480 degrees per second overwhelming) limiting the time you want to be in the air.
