There were smiles all round for the families that took part in Fly2Help’s Smiles day held at Panshanger Aerodrome on Saturday 15th June. Many of the families had lost a loved one or have a terminally ill family member or themselves were unwell.
Felicia Willow, fly2help CEO, said “As we are members of the North London Flying School, we were pleased to hold an Air Smiles day at Panshanger Aerodrome”. The day consisted of a full briefing, lunch, flying around the local area and meeting Douglas the bear. Special thanks to the pilots, Paul Knott, Michael Horwitz, Simon Jenkins, organiser Helen Tempest, Isabel Hospice, Alison Jenkins for the photography and Douglas the bear!
